Usage limits

Your workspace runs on a plan with set limits. Track where you stand in Settings → Usage.

Your plan

EchoMode workspaces are on the Free, Pro, or Max plan. The Usage panel tells you which one you're on. On the Pro and Max plans, inference usage resets each billing cycle. The Free plan has a fixed inference allowance with no billing cycle.

What's tracked

Meter	What it measures
Members	How many people are in your organization, against your plan's limit
Data storage	How many pages of documents you've stored, against your limit
Inference	How much of each person's inference credit (in dollars) has been used this cycle

Each meter fills up as you go. It shows orange while you have headroom, turns yellow as you near the limit (around 80%), and turns red when you reach it.

Approaching a limit? An Org Admin can review the plan, and you can free up document storage by deleting documents you no longer need.
